Meet Terentia

As Impel Talent’s Director of Career Coaching and Leadership Development, Terentia, with a background in Chemical Engineering, brings over 15 years of leadership experience. She was recognised with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Rising Star Award in 2019. In addition, Terentia holds certifications from the Accelerated Women’s Leadership program at Johnson and Johnson and is a John C Maxwell Leadership Coach and Trainer. Her passion lies in nurturing emerging leaders, focusing on developing their emotional intelligence and critical soft skills to unlock their leadership potential in a VUCA world. 

Meet Charmaine

With over 20 years of experience leading teams in the pharmaceutical industry, culminating in her role as Vice President and Head of R&D Europe Regional Center, Charmaine brings invaluable real-world executive leadership experience to her consulting services. As the European Director of Leadership Development and Coaching at Impel Talent, Charmaine is committed to driving meaningful change. Her purpose lies in shifting mindsets, empowering individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential through personalised leadership development and coaching. Embracing a collaborative ethos and fueled by a fervent dedication to fostering inclusive environments, Charmaine is steadfast in her pursuit of industry-wide transformation and sustainable growth.

Meet Reneesha

Reneesha possesses a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, having over 22 years of experience in STEM industries and a background in Analytical Chemistry, coupled with a Master’s of Business Administration degree. As a skilled Trainer, Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator certified by the educational body of South Africa, Reneesha excels in guiding individuals and teams on their leadership journey. Her commitment to empowering others is evident in her involvement in educational advisory boards and her dedication to imparting methodologies and skills development facilitation, including mentoring and coaching. Reneesha thrives on equipping others with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their full potential and drive meaningful growth.

Meet Cyrus Dadachanji

Cyrus serves as the Chief Operating Officer of AMPYR Solar Europe, overseeing a broad spectrum of business functions across diverse geographic regions. Prior to his tenure at AMPYR Solar Europe, Cyrus occupied several senior leadership roles at Hartree Partners in both London and New York. His expertise lies within the energy industry, particularly in refining, supply, trading, and risk management.

Cyrus gained invaluable experience at BP, where he held various commercial and trading positions in both the UK and the US, as well as at ENI, where he served as Head of Risk and Product Control. Additionally, Cyrus has held Partner and Director positions at prominent Management Consulting firms such as EY, KPMG, and Infosys. Throughout his tenure, he pioneered the establishment and growth of Commodity Supply and Trading practices, providing strategic, commercial, and governance solutions to a diverse clientele spanning Europe, the US, Canada, Latin America, and Asia.

Meet Katharine Andrews 

Katharine, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently holds the position of Head of Regulatory Affairs at a prominent Women’s Health company. Her profound commitment lies in guiding and nurturing talent within her team, evident through her distinguished track record of forming and managing high-performing teams. Throughout her career, Katharine has devoted herself to fostering both individual career growth and the overall success of her teams.

Her expertise in regulatory affairs is complemented by her dedication to creating a workplace conducive to self-discovery and advancement. With a proven history of effective leadership and a sharp focus on career development, Katharine remains a driving force for innovation and excellence in the pharmaceutical sector.

Meet Rob McCargow

Rob spearheads the market activation efforts of PwC’s cloud and digital transformation business in the UK, asserting himself as a prominent figure in the AI realm. Renowned as a TEDx and keynote speaker, industry commentator, and advocate for the responsible and ethical adoption of technology, Rob is deeply invested in its societal impact. Holding the esteemed position of Senior Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School and serving as a founding board member of the UK’s Parliamentary Group on AI, his influence extends across academia and government.
