As a fresh-faced graduate in 2013 Nathaniel went on to lead a distribution operations team across warehousing and logistics at Target, a fortune 500 company. After embarking on a worldwide travelling expedition before settling in the UK, he quickly found his feet at Executive Search firm Proco Global, a business that provides executive search functions throughout the supply chain. With his unique understanding of the sector and his passion for creating high performing teams, he lead the creation and development of a new business division, Proco Associates. Nathaniel is experienced at handling large recruitment projects for high level specialists and middle-management across greenfield and brownfield manufacturing and supply chain expansion projects.
A passionate and fast paced recruiter with a passion for building high performing teams, Nathaniel has an exceptional track record in hiring for companies of all sizes from strategic start ups to large global corporations across a range of global sectors. He launched Impel Talent with the goal of bringing the most value to both his candidates and clients through innovative solutions.
When not working to consistently grow and develop the unique offering that Impel Talent provides to clients and candidates, Nathaniel spends his time playing rugby for Sutton and Epsom rugby club and walking his dog Pepper. He enjoys good food and settling down with a book in the evening with a glass of his favourite red wine.
