Announcing Impel Talent’s new department: Embedded Talent Solutions

This is a very exciting time for Impel Talent as we welcome two new faces to the Impel Talent family and announce a new and exciting service offering. Over the last 6-12 months we have been building key collaborations with our customers and have found a way to expand on our relationship with our partners. It became apparent with our close cooperation of our leadership development and recruitment teams, combined with our broad inhouse expertise from industry hiring managers and internal Talent Acquisition professionals, that we could offer much more value to our clients.

Embedded Talent Solutions has been built as an effective scale up solution which brings top level Executive Search and Talent Acquisitions professionals to work alongside and within your Human Resources group. They will lead and improve or establish key recruitment processes, can manage external suppliers, design technical assessments, aid in the selection and sourcing of applicant tracking systems, and coach / mentor hiring managers in effective process management. The key purpose behind our offering is to upskill internal Talent Acquisition, educate internal stakeholders, drive large scale hiring programs, develop robust processes, and reduce recruitment lead times across organisations.

Our Embedded Solution Consultants are supported by a panel of ex-industry professionals from across our organisation to bring multiple minds and diverse experience to aid in your talent solution. As with our other services, this model is completely customisable to fit in with your current talent acquisition strategy and structure, and it can be combined with our other services for both practicality and cost effectiveness. We provide a flexible model with 3, 6 or, 12-month contracts, and ensure we place an effective structure to ensure we deliver to our client’s expectations.

We can now allow our internal recruiters to have experience recruiting inside of our clients which will aid in their development and growth, but also provide them new career opportunities.

This solution also provides us the opportunity to level up our own team members. We know the value of having team members with both internal and external recruitment experience and want to be able to provide these incredible programs to loan our own talent to our established partners.

You can join me by welcoming both Sam Longely and Anna Kolosova to the Impel Talent Team. Both join us to support very different but complex hiring challenges and will be leading the way of this new department. They are pioneers driving our Innovation, Impel and Impact values, and we are looking forward to seeing this department flourish alongside of our other offerings.
