Sam has over 5 years years across Space, Technology and Life Sciences sectors. Sam is excited by everything and anything Space and Satellite, and an advocate for ‘out of this world’ engineering.
Sam has a record of supporting key clients grow existing teams with consultants adding instant value to bespoke recruitment projects. He specialises on partnering with ‘New Space’ start-ups to implement sustainable recruitment strategies and by providing key leadership/management training solutions.
As part of our Embedded Solution’s group he provides recruitment scale up solutions by working alongside and within your Human Resources group. He leads and improves key recruitment processes, can manage external suppliers, design technical assessments, aid in the selection and sourcing of applicant tracking systems, and coach / mentor hiring managers in effective process management.
Sam studied mechanical & electrical engineering at Northbrook college passing with distinction and student of the year in 09/2010. He produced various electrical circuits and machined all the components of a steam engine, which spurned his interest in working within engineering later in his recruitment career.
Out side of work you can find Sam down hill mountain biking, rock climbing, boxing, at the gym, or perhaps enjoying a nice glass of wine accompanied by a sensational dish.
