Flora Bami is our Leadership Development Project Manager. In addition to her role at Impel Talent, she is also a Certified Integral Coach, Holistic Well-being Strategist, and Diversity and Inclusion expert. Flora has over 15 years of international experience in Finance, Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, and Well-being, across big multinational organizations, with more than 6 years of coaching experience.
Flora started her career in Athens, Greece, before moving to Geneva, Switzerland, in 2011. Since then, her professional and personal growth has been exponential, resulting in a giant career leap in 2019, when she joined the Diversity and Inclusion team at JTI. She led the setup of the Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy and acted as the “Chief Well-being Officer” of the organization. In addition to that, she has been instrumental in designing and rolling out the Global Coaching framework for the same organization.
Flora’s work portfolio includes PwC (Corporate Finance and Audit), PepsiCo (Supply Chain Finance), JTI (Human Resources Finance, Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being), while her coaching expertise lie in leadership, purpose, and life coaching. With her corporate background, coaching experience, and personal development journey, she brings together the integral methodology, the science of well-being and happiness, and leadership development to accelerate behavioural and cultural change, boost productivity, and drive personal growth and business performance.
