Throughout her career, Caron has demonstrated a remarkable ability to develop commercial financial models and strategic plans, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Her proficiency extends to crafting and executing business cases, payback models, and implementing new processes and ways of working, all while driving change management initiatives.
Notably, Caron has cultivated a strong interest in coaching, mentoring, and supporting individuals in their leadership roles. Her passion lies in helping both people and businesses realise their full potential, fostering growth and development within the organisation and beyond.
