Tim has over 10 years of experience working in the Green and Clean Energy Technology sectors supporting the development and creation of high performing teams.
Tim is a graduate of Comparative Latin American & Spanish Studies from the University of Liverpool, after which he stepped into a successful career building recruitment teams and leading functions within engineering, supply chain, and finance.
As Head of Renewable Energy at Impel Talent, Tim brings to the business both a proven track record of leadership and team development at some of the biggest names in the global energy sector. He prides himself on his ability to understand and deliver on challenging technical mandates having worked to achieve success with a wide range of clients across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Africa, Scandivania, Latin America and Asia.
Always working to break barriers and drive change, Tim’s passion for working in partnership with businesses to create high performing teams has seen his experience develop across a broad range of corporate senior management and technical specialists in the renewable energy, power/utilities and chemicals sectors.
When Tim is not at his desk you can find him either playing a game of competitive chess or getting lost in a good book. He is currently settled in Manchester but has a long term ambition of making a move to Poland with his partner and their family cat.
