Responsibilities:
• Design and implement integration of shop floor systems (PLCs, SCADA) with MES/ERP platforms.
• Ensure cybersecurity protocols and backup systems are applied to machine and process controls.
• Assist in the setup of databases and servers that support production data collection.
• Collaborate with automation and process engineers to support process analytical technologies (PAT) integration.
• Contribute to digital transformation efforts and the transition from paper-based to electronic batch records (eBPR).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in integrating OT systems with IT infrastructure in GMP or industrial settings.
• Experience with SCADA (e.g., WinCC, Skada), PLCs, MES, and PAT systems.
• Understanding of data architecture, OPC servers, and network communications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols for industrial systems.
