Paul has an extensive recruitment background, having focused exclusively on the consolidation of Senior / Executive Leadership teams within early phase Biotech R&D across Europe for the preceding 18 years.
Paul started his career within a legal capacity, having completed his Masters’ in Law at the University of Sussex, however transitioned toward the recruitment market realising that reconciliation of the legal system with a true ethically based, value based moral and social system was inherently difficult.
He now views the Biotech industry from the same perspective, focusing almost exclusively on early phase recruitment that relates to Central Nervous System Disorders, Cell & Gene Therapy, Rare Diseases and Onco-Immunology with a view to making a difference in ensuring that the very best individuals are working for / with the most exceptional dynamic thinking, progressive Biotech organisations on a global basis.
Having made successive, seniority-based moves forward in his career in order to facilitate the above, Paul is now considered to be a KOL within Biotech recruitment, with a specific and deliberate focus around the Quality Assurance aspect of the Pharma / Biotech market and operates as an Associate Partner within the group
