With a Master’s degree in Education from the Technical University of Munich, Bengu brings a passion for science and learning.
She began her career as a Science Teacher, inspiring students with creative approaches to education, before moving on to coordinate EU-funded projects such as Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+. She later gained international experience in Learning & Development roles at global companies, where she designed onboarding programmes and digital training solutions.
At Impel Talent, Bengu coordinates our Robert Chapman Scholarship Programme, combining her background in science education and project management to support students in reaching their potential in sci-fi storytelling. In her free time, she enjoys popular science, watercolour painting, and mindfulness.
