Stephanie Stocker began her career as an assistant on cruise ships and progressed into support roles in global hedge funds and private equity, before deciding to become a freelance assistant. This opened new doors for her and she was fortunate enough to spend time working in operations, HR and admin support for tech start-ups and property developers.
As Executive Business Partner at Impel Talent, Steph assists in various facets of the business and project manages new initiatives to support the team and operational functions of the business. Some days this includes, managing team socials and other days it might be building out new processes.
Outside of Impel Talent, Steph has three gorgeous children, who currently take up all her time, however, a huge passion of hers is empowerment and finding ways to develop the next generation. She used to achieve this through teaching dance, but now it’s volunteering with her old senior school to mentor young students.
Steph is an ex-professional dancer and loves anything fitness related, along with avidly learning how to fix, make or mend from Youtube.
