Anastasiia Kosianchuk is our Talent Consultant (FMCG, smart buildings and automation). Her role scope can divided into multiple major aspects such as recruitment, management, Leadership and Development and employee engagement.
Anastasiia’s previous work experiences at companies such as Honeywell (an industrial automation and smart buildings, Fortune 100 company), where she was the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and at ATV Global (an e-commerce start-up), where she was the HR Projects & Global Recruitment, just to name a few.
In her previous roles, Anastasiia overachieved on KPIs, securing over 50 headhunted hires (experienced professional/managerial/director level). Anastasiia has experience with managing and building teams of recruiters, where she has implemented recruitment strategies, SOPs and workshops. She’s also built a significant talent pool and overall expertise within various markets in Benelux countries, Nordics countries, Italy, Spain and various countries within Eastern Europe.
When Anastasiia is not headhunting hires, you’ll find her listening and dancing to Reggaeton music. She’s an avid traveller and foodie, who enjoys preparing meals for her loved ones. One of Anastasiia’s hobbies is collecting mugs from all the different places and countries she visits.
